When opening the Home Page, if you get an "Information Bar" message saying that a pop-up or file download is being blocked,
after clicking OK to the message, you can click on the Information Bar (that starts with "To help protect your security")
and select the "Allow blocked content" option. This will temporarily fix the problem. As soon as you do this,
the Information Bar goes away and the pictures in the circles (except for the middle circle) start changing graphics every second.
To prevent this message from occurring in the future and having to click on the Information Bar again, please do the following:
- From the Browser Menu, select Tools and then Internet Options...
- This will pop-up a dialog that is titled Internet Options.
- Click on the Advanced Tab at the top right of the dialog.
- Scroll down and find the "Security" section near the bottom of the list.
- Click on the "Allow active content to run in files on my computer" option.
- This will place a checkmark in the box to the left of the option.
- Click the Apply button. After doing this, the Apply button is now disabled.
- Click the OK button to close the dialog.
Now whenever you go to the Home Page the page should open normally -- that is, with no messages or Information Bar.
